The Foundation continues to provide support for Sabo Agura primary health centre, Sagamu and Awoyaya PHC, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
In January 2020, the baby show held was fun day for mothers, babies and staff of Sabo Agura Primary Health Centre.
This annual event is organised by staff of the PHC to celebrate all babies especially those delivered the previous year.
The ceremony was attended by local government officials, community leaders, student nurses from Babcock Teaching hospital and representative of Zac Okunoren healthcare foundation.
Activities included health talks, music , dancing, fun games , food and drinks.
To maintain our presence in Awoyaya primary health centre in Lagos, the Foundation employed an experienced nurse who is very familiar with healthcare services provided by the PHC on part-time basis
The senior nurse provides support for the PHC on the two days with large number of attendance – ante natal and infant welfare clinics.
This employment was with permission from the Apex nursing officer, Ibeju-Lekki local government who expressed gratitude for the support.
