A  Foundation’s trustee has worked with the nursing staff for one year and noted areas where clinical update is required.
To make the only delivery room less multipurpose, an area of the centre has been carved out to serve as examination cubicle for both antenatal and family planning clinics.
The Foundation installed aluminum framed shutters to make the area weather proof, provided two examination couches and stainless steel framed screen for additional privacy
It was also noted that personal effects of the healthcare staff are left unsecure in the staff room.
To avert unnecessary distraction whilst on duty, The Foundation supplied a hand crafted 15 unit lockable cupboard for the staff room.

Dedication and hand-over ceremony
The newly created examination cubicle and other donated items were handed over at a short dedication ceremony.
The short ceremony was attended by staff, students, supporters and trustees of The Foundation.
The Very Reverend Babatunde Okunoren  was present to say the opening prayer and short opening remarks. He called upon Nigerians to be more selfless thereby improving lives of other people.
The senior nursing officer (Apex) acknowledged the presence of The Foundation at the centre and expressed her gratitude to The Foundation on behalf of the local government.
The Foundation invited the youngest sibling of our eponym, Mrs Olowu (alias mummy London) to dedicate and cut the tapes with rousing support from others.
